Limit These 10 Common Foods To Lose Some Weight.

So, the other day I was eating dinner and watching a show on Netflix’s called, “Meat Eater.”
Basically, this guy named Steven Rinella goes around and hunts animals and then cooks them. I haven’t hunted in about 10 years, not since I left Montana, and watching this show reminds me of some great times.
Any way, as I am eating my dinner, my son Axel (5 years old) whispers… “Dad, why are they whispering?”. I look at him like, “What are you talking about?” and I then realized he is talking about the show. So, I whisper back, “They are hunting moose, they don’t want to scare the moose so they are whispering. You got to be quite so they can get their moose.” Axel then nodded his head and whispered to Kenna (3 year old) to be quite.
It was pretty hilarious, they were both really into “hunting” from the covers of my bed. Plus, “they” got the moose and it tasted yummy…Kenna cooked it like Steven, lol.
Anyway, keeping the hunting theme alive I want you to hunt down and eliminate or at least limit the following 10 foods from your diet if you are trying to get a tighter tummy and better booty. This is my version of the FBI’s 10 most wanted.
- French Fries and other fried food
- Ice cream…this makes me cry…even milkshakes from Cookout ;-(
- Doughnuts and pastries
- Sugar-sweetened soft drinks
- Sugar drinks, tea, energy drinks, dessert coffees etc.
- White bread and flour products
- Chips (corn, potato, all of them)
- Hot Dogs and fast food burgers
- Sugary breakfast cereals
If you track your calories, stay in a caloric deficit, and limit those 10 foods. You do that and you will be well on your way to skinny town ;-).
