I am super excited about what I am going to be talking to you about today ;-). As a trainer, one of the hardest, if not the hardest thing about helping people lose weight is getting them to eat like they should. THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED! I get it, most people's lives are crazy busy and it is hard having to plan your meals, much less prepare them, cook them, and then clean up after them. Oh and by the way, they should be healthy and under 500 calories...

I love Thursdays! On Thursday we go to Mercy Hill Church (http://www.mercyhillgso.com/) having grown up as a missionary kid in Brazil I have been apart of a lot of churches and Mercy Hill is by far the best and our entire family loves it.
