I am super excited about what I am going to be talking to you about today ;-).  As a trainer, one of the hardest, if not the hardest thing about helping people lose weight is getting them to eat like they should.

THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED!

I get it, most people’s lives are crazy busy and it is hard having to plan your meals, much less prepare them, cook them, and then clean up after them. Oh and by the way, they should be healthy and under 500 calories….For most people that is just to much work…so they guesstimate…and they don’t lose weight and waste their time.

All you will have to do is order the meals online and then pick them up at my studio (2345 Griffith Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103) or at one of his restaurants, or you can have Just 4 You Meals delivered to you for a little extra ;-).

Animal Challenge

Warm-up with 5- 10 minutes of light cardio, then dynamic stretches (leg swings, arm circles, etc.).  After the workout, cool down with light cardio (walking, etc.) to bring down the heart rate, and then stretch.

This workout should be done in a space where you have between 30 to 50 feet between stations, allowing you to move from one end to the next during the animal sequence.

3 min nonstop:

15 Jumping jacks

20 Bicycle crunches

8 Push-ups

3 min nonstop:

10 Walking Lunges (1-1)

10 Crab toe taps  

10 Plank floor jacks

Animal sequence, 3x through (move from one end of your space to the other, then do the paired exercise before moving to the next exercises):

Carioca/Carioca/15 dumbbell thrusters

Bear crawl/Bear crawl/15 biceps curls

Lateral shuffle (left) /Lateral shuffle (right) /15 triceps kickbacks

Frog jumps/Frog jumps/15 lateral raises

Run/Backpedal/15 front raises

Optional rest: 45 seconds
