Would You Rather Have More Money or More Time?

That is a super easy answer for me…TIME! You never, ever get back time! My kids will only be this old once! My son, Axel, just celebrated his 5th birthday. I will get theses moments with my family once. Not all the money in the world is worth miss spending time with them. If you feel different let me know ;-).

Likewise, if you keep telling yourself, “I will start working out and getting in shape…next week.” you are losing time and, like I said, once its’ gone…it’s gone.

So, if your goal is to lose fat and lose some weight you need to act now and you need to be a caloric deficit, which means you need to eat less calories than your body needs.

AND…the most scientific way to get learn and lose the weight is to track how your macros, how many calories, how much fat, how much protein, and how many carbs you consume. If you don’t track your macros you are just guessing and it may work for awhile, but soon enough you will stall and get frustrated and wonder, “What do I don NOW?”

The bad news is, is you will have no, because you have no data…you didn’t track your macros. It is like playing darts blindfolded, somebody is going to get hurt lol.  Study after study has shown, those who meticulously track their food get the best results.

The BIG QUESTION…”Why don’t more people do it?”

BECAUSE IT’S HARD AND IT HAS TO BECOME A DISCIPLINE.

Do your kids innately want to brush their teeth or use the toilet…NO! They don’t want to use a toothbrush and a diaper works just fine. But, as parents we teach, nag, counsel, etc…until they develop the discipline to do those things. In the same way, you need to develop this skill of tracking your calories.

As Brian Tracy says, “Discipline is doing what is hard and necessary rather than what is fun and easy and doing it when it’s necessary, whether you feel like doing it or not.” So, if you want the best results, you need to do the uncommon.

Or just do what the celebrates do and have a Chef and trainer figure that out and create your meals for you, if that interests you go to www.just4youmeals.com open for orders from Monday at 9:00 AM, to Wednesday at 12:00 PM.

Go be awesome!
