Weekly Fitness Challenge – Can You Squeeze In 5?
This weeks challenge is all about action and putting in the work.
I want you to squeeze in 5 workouts this week ;-)!
I don’t even care what kind of workout you choose, go for a walk, maybe run, get into the weight room, come for a personal training session with yours truly 😉, grab the kettlebells! I don’t care, it’s your choice ;-).
Practically this means you will need to set aside some time to move your body this week.
Lack of time? Try the following
- Perform a bodyweight circuit workout before work, 15 minutes is all you need ;-).
- Power walk at lunch or during a break, maybe invite a coworker.
- Dance to some music while you cook dinner…hopefully you dance better than I do lol.
