Sorry! I didn’t think to share this crazy awesome find until today…..
I am a little embarrassed I didn’t think to send this out on Monday. Sometimes I can be a real bone head ;-).
On Sunday, we were killing some time in the Wal-Mart off on Hanes Mall Blvd, in Winston-Salem while my wife’s van was getting its oil changed. While we were walking around I saw an amazing deal on Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells. You can get these Dumbbells (assuming they are still available) for $138.00 dollars, normally $299.99!
If I didn’t have a personal training studio in my house, I would buy these in a heartbeat! 90% of my online clients use these exact ones. They don’t take up a lot of space and for most people they are plenty heavy. The weight goes from 2.5 lbs to 52.5 lbs.
To give you ahead of what that is like. When I bought my Dumbbells 5 lbs – 50 lbs it cost about $700 dollars and they take up A LOT of space ;-)!
So, if you want a cheap and super useful exercise tool to have at your home run to Wal-Mart in Winston-Salem and buy a set before they run out ;-).
