Jordan Down 6.5 lbs in Week

Today’s agenda is a client success story is about Jordan and a tip on getting rid of stress by getting things done ;-)!

First,  Jordan, Jordan is a young and extremely driven and ambitious young lady you is working hard at becoming an .  Jordan came to me because she didn’t feel comfortable in a big gym setting with everyone watching her, she wanted private personal training.

When Jordan started she struggled with logging her food and eating less. However, with some encouragement and guidance Jordan has mastered logging her food and eating in way that allowed her to enjoy a donuts yesterday and still lose 6.5 lbs in a week.

Oh…and yes, she is working hard three times a week with me for 30 minutes.

I am super proud of Jordan, it would have been easy to quite. Those first two weeks were hard, but she was teachable and stick with it.

Second, some accountability for this week’s challenge,  if you are like me, at times you can get overwhelmed and stressed with the amount of stuff you need to do. Plus, with all those thoughts whirling around in your head it is easy to also lose some sleep.

One of things I do to help prevent that from happening is I before I go to bed I write down tomorrow’s to-do list! That way I won’t worry about forgetting what I am supposed to the next day while I sleep. This works so well for me and is something super simple you can do.

Also, remember be realistic with the amount of tasks you take on,  5 or 6 should be the max.. Those tasks should be things you KNOW that you have the time and energy to do.
