Just Breath…Bonus tip to improve falling to sleep!

At the start of the week I challenged you all to send 2-3 minutes, each day, practicing deep breathing. It is pretty simple, if you missed it. Sit comfortably and straighten your back. Deeply breathe in air through your nose and hold your breath for a few seconds. Exhale through your mouth slowly, pushing out as much air as you can. Continue to breathe in and out like that for a few minutes and try to relax as much as possible. Concentrate on your breathing only. Bonus tip for those who struggle to fall asleep. Deadlines work! You want to reach your goal, set a deadline and tell others about!

We moved into our new house, BUT only with the people from some awesome people : ) So this last Sunday we moved! Super awesome right? It actually was. The only reason it was awesome and not a nightware is because I got help from some amazing people/families, the Guldberg’s, Stanley’s, Quinone’s, Browning’s, Jenkins, and probably others I forgot.
