Weekly Challenge: Connect with an old friend.
The past couple of weeks I have felt a little guilt…I am so “busy” I haven’t called or checked in with some of my good friends.
So this weeks challenge is simple, maybe not easy, but simple. I want you to check in with an old friend or family member every day of the week. Don’t make this more complicated than it needs to be, just pick up your phone and call, its pretty simple.
The research indicates that when we look through old pictures we have a tendency to skip over scenic views and instead choose to spend our time looking at pictures with our favorite people in them. Why, because PEOPLE are what make the moments and places in our lives special.
Listen, I get it, we call get busy, I am the worst at this, but we need to connect and reach out to the people we love!
Let’s work on being pretty on the inside and on the outside ;-).
