NOT GETTING RESULTS STINKS!!!
You know what stinks? Not getting the results you wanted!
You know what else stinks? My septic tank situation!
I have a really weird house. The sewage for the top part of the house is on the city sewage system. The bottom half of the house is on a septic system. Unfortunately, the bottom half of my house is all plugged up..and you guessed it…it stinks!
Not getting the results you want stinks as well! Yesterday, I talked about how you must believe you can do it. That is the hardest part, once you believe you can, all you need is accountability, a plan, and some encouragement.
Unfortunately, this is where a lot of well intention-ed people falter. They try to do it on their own. Which normally means they have ZER0 accountability, they don’t have plan, and they have no one to encourage and mentor them on the way. This would be like me trying to go my own plumbing…not advisable!
There are also few a men…I mean people…I want to politically correct…who don’t think they need people. They are going to do it their way! These kind of men…I mean people struggle even more than the well intention-ed people because they don’t follow instruction and are mostly unteachable. 9 times outta 10, they end up causing more harm than good. Which is what would happen to me, it I tried to fix my sewage problem on my own.
Losing weight and improving your fitness is hard enough, but trying to do it on your own is even worse. Most people, including me, need someone else to keep them accountable, create their plan, and encourage them to stick with it even when the going gets hard..or maybe even stinks…like my sewage situation ;-(!
I am totally getting an expert to help me out with my sewage issue! It will be worth every penny ;-).
