Are you stiff?

This week’s challenge is something I am 100% terrible at! I hate it, I don’t like doing it, it is likely how most people feel about working out.

This week…I want you to spend 10 – 15 minutes stretching or doing some sort of mobility and recovery work. I personally like the foam roller. Another great idea that I am doing to do is YOGA!

If you are like me and hate the time it takes, not the activity, it can be hard to start. However, once you start feeling better, chances are you will start looking forward to it…and who knows…maybe, just maybe it will become a new habit!

Selfishly, I hope that is what happens to me this week ;-).

I plan to do a light yoga routine before I crawl into bed. That way I head to bed rested and relaxed.
