Want to Prevent the #1 Killer of Women?

I am gearing this email mainly for mom’s, because hey…Mother’s Day is almost here and if you happen to be a dude this is your reminder. You need to get a card and make some reservations ;-).

That being said, if you are a mom or even if you are not a mom I want to help you stop feeling trapped in your “fat suit.” I want to help you brake the cycle of merely thinking, “Soon, one day, I am going to workout, eat right, and lose this weight. I will look better, feel better, and have more energy.”

That sounds great right? So what is the problem?

The problem my friends is that that tomorrow never comes. You keep putting it off and as a result you continue to put on weight which results in guilt and shame, more eating and poor health and quality of life.

IT IS TIME TO GET UNSTUCK!

Being a mom is rough! My wife was gone to the beach one weekend and I almost died! For most mothers it is really hard to find time to focus you. Plus, if you do miraculously get some time for yourself you often feel guilty about taking it.

That is part of why the world loves moms 🙂 They always put others first.

Now…I want you to think about this.

Is neglecting your health and well being really good for your family? Will it make your house hold, those people who really depend on you have better lives? Or is your current solution really just a quick fix for the here and now? 10 – 20 years down the road is this sustainable?

So instead of thinking short term, I want you to think long term.  Here’s the thing, once your health starts to go down the tubes, you won’t have a choice but to focus on you!

THE HARDEST PART IS STARTING 🙂

There are several common reason starting to focus on you and your health is hard.

  1. It’s hard because you have tried to start before and failed. Who cares! That means absolutely zero! This time you won’t do it alone! I am here to help walk you through this every step of the way. We will look forward, not backward.
  2. It’s hard because you don’t have the time. Do you have 15 – 20 minutes? Then lucky you ;-), you have the time. You will need to make it a priority and invest in you. That way you are committed on multiple levels.
  3. It’s hard because changing what you eat sucks! Yes, for most people changing what they eat is the worst part. It was for me, but I would never go back to eating the way I was and looking and feeling like I did at 308 lbs. It was miserable and I felt embarrassed.

ALL OF THE ABOVE CAN BE YOURS!

Stop dreaming about the body of your dreams and make it happen 😉

NEXT WARNING! WAITING IS LIKE PLAYING WITH FIRE!

You think this would be common sense but it isn’t. The longer you wait to take care of your health…the MORE damage you are doing to yourself and indirectly your loved ones!

YES, I am not sugar coating that, the longer you continue to abuse your body and neglect it the more you are hurting yourself and those you love the most. You are cheating yourself and them of time.

The GOOD NEWS is there is one time proven method to prevent and help you reverse the upward trend….the secret is called…Consistent Exercise and Sensible Eating ;-).

Before you say, “No” and continue on the downward spiral I want you to think about these questions.

  • Would you like to avoid heart disease (THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF WOMEN)?
  • Want to avoid the pains of fractured osteoporotic bones?
  • Would you like to lower your blood pressure, reduce the aches and pains, or even strengthen your knees?

This Mother’s Day is the start of your new beginning!
