Want a Customized Exercise Plan for JUST YOU?

Are you a master planner?

This past weekend I help my parents move some of their stuff into a storage unit. I’m sure everyone enjoys moving as much as I do :-). What made the task even more difficult is my dad ordered a truck that was supposed to be bigger than what he actually needed. This was supposed to make it easier to pack and manage. He wouldn’t have to “arrange” and “plan” things as precisely.

The problem was when he went to pick up the truck, they didn’t have the larger size truck… :-(. Which means he had to get a smaller truck and try to cram everything into it. For a mere mortal this would have been impossible, but not for my dad :-).

So, when he arrived in Winston-Salem, I helped loaded all their stuff into a storage unit. We just didn’t grab the stuff and randomly just put it here and there as quickly as we could. It would have been fast to begin with, but we would have ran out room and would have had to rearrange things numerous times. In short, we would likely have to work twice if not three times as long.

And short my dad is a master planner and he backed everything out and got us from point A to point B in a safe, quickly, timely manner.

Sure we could just grab stuff and thrown it here in there, but that would have created a mess and we wouldn’t have really known where we’re going or how to get there. Likewise, it would have been haphazard and I would have probably broken some stuff along the way.

When you create or IF you create an exercise plan for yourself is it organized and have a purpose?

Or is it disorganized and you just randomly go to the gym and do what you see everybody else doing or just try to make it up as you go? In short, do you have a plan?

Most people out there including other trainers don’t plan for themselves or for their clients.

Why?

Because it’s time-consuming! It takes a lot of effort, to create a customized plan to fit Just You.

It’s much easier just to walk into the gym and randomly pick things to do. However, if you do that AND there really isn’t a why behind what you’re doing, the chances of you getting from point A to point B go down exponentially.

That’s why every Saturday through Sunday I sit down and spend 10 to 15 hours writing out every one of my clients training programs. Is it time consuming? Yes, is it worth it? Yes, it’s extremely worth it.

By creating a plan for my clients to follow the chances of them being successful goes up exponentially.
