The Two Most Important Tasks To Remove The Jiggle From Your Middle

Yesterday I was at a family barbeque at it was awesome! Anyway a small group of family members were asking me questions about personal training, why people do it, how can they lose the fat around their tummies, once people lose reach their goal they will just leave you, it’s a bad business plan, etc.

Here is what I said to address these above fears, yes fears. Each and everyone of those questions comes from a place a fear, fear of failure. Unfortunately, this kind of mindset is normal. People just assume they will fail, that produces fear, and it is self fulfilling.

So, the first thing you need to do, is change your mindset. Stop fearing failure, instead focus on what being your ideal weight would look and feel like. You talk to self all the time any way, just which it from, “I am a fat cow who eats everything.” to “I am confident, disciplined, trim woman, who knows when to stop.” Most will say that is just stupid! What is even more stupid is living in denial that you don’t already talk to yourself. You are going to do it anyway, might as well make it positive.

Second, to work with me you must log your food. This is the only way to keep yourself accountable. Another interesting fact, clients of mine who faithfully logged their food lost 10 pounds on average in 21 days…and they only thing they changed was logging their food…and working out with me. However, the reason they lost 10 pounds was because they became aware of how much they were eating and chose to eat less and be satisfied with it. SO SIMPLE and SO EFFECTIVE! and that is why people stay with me, I teach what to eat, get them to their ideal body, and keep them there.

This was more of a rant, sorry for that, but I am passionate to help busy people in the Triad lose the jiggle in their middle. If you need help and want free advice contact me!
