How Phillip lost 10 pounds and met his short term goal…while traveling!

Today, I would like to tell you about a stub client of mine named Phillip. When Phillip came to me he wanted to lose weight and look and feel better.

The BIG problem Phillip had to overcome was his crazy traveling schedule that would only allow him to see me about 3 times a month. And When I mean crazy traveling schedule, I mean he went to Germany, Texas, Maryland, and countless other places.

Like I said, with such a crazy schedule he could only see me about 3 times…a month.

So, how did Phillip do it?

First, Phillip took action.

He knew he needed a customized exercise plan designed around his crazy schedule that would still provide accountability.

He saw a post about my Just You Fitness App that allows me to design HIS program and allows him to follow it when he can, where he is at. It also sinks up with MyfitnessPal and allows him to log his food and my App allows me to see it in real time (both a blessing and curse : ).

The best part is that through the Just You Fitness App I am able to see if he did his workout and I am able to see how much he eats, how much protein, carbs, and fats. Basically, I am a loving monkey on his back that gently nudges him when things aren’t just right.

Second, Phillip set a short term goal.

Together we picked the amount of weight he should try to lose by his next visit. This way he had a goal and I could remind him of his goal when is calorie count was a little “off.”

Third, Phillip followed the plan!

Phillip, did 90% of the workouts, even when out of the country. Phillip also, logged 100% of his food which allowed me to encourage and guide him in real time. As a result, Phillip met the goal! Despite only seeing me 3 times in a month.
