Monday Challenge: Looking for Adventure…
Monday Challenge: Go Somewhere NEW JUST FOR FUN : )
So this week’s challenge is pretty straightforward.
I want you to get out and about in the Triad area and go to a restaurant, a park, a shop, a cafe, anywhere you never been to before just to have fun.
This challenge will help you get to know the Triad a little bit better and hopefully you’ll find some unique and special places that are pretty awesome, they didn’t know about.
Cuz, let’s be honest.
We as adults tend to do the same things over and over again…we are so boring!
We make fun of our kids or at least I make fun of my beautiful daughter for always wanting a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The horrors that would arise if she tried something new…that describes my little 2 year old. She just wants to be comfortable and that often means she needs a peanut butter and jelly… Unless it’s candy she will try anything if you say it’s candy :-).
It’s time to break this habit!
It’s time to get out of your comfort zone and go someplace that we don’t know what to expect. You just shivered a little bit didn’t you? Going someplace where you don’t know what to expect as scary isn’t it?
The truth is, it is scary.
But just like how I encourage Kenna that she needs to try new things, I want to encourage you to do the same. Time to try new things, and go to new places :-).

Going someplace new is adventurous and exciting. Plus, let’s admit it’s kind of fun :-). When was the last time you had fun?
