Courtney a long time client of mine got asked for her old clothes : 0!

I won’t lie this is a weird story even for me.
Courtney has been training with me for about 8 months. One of her co-workers at work approached her and asked if she could have her old, “bigger” spring and summer clothes. I’ve never heard of anyone asking someone else for their older bigger clothes, crazy right!?
But that’s what Courtney’s friend did :-).
I guess Courtney’s friends figured that since she was leaner, more fit, and toned she didn’t need her old spring and summer clothes that were too big for her now, and she was right :-).
Courtney went home tried on all of her old summer and spring clothes and ended up giving her friend not one, but TWO BIG BOXES of old clothes.
I won’t lie, I think that’s just awesome :-).
