What Are The Best Workouts For Fat-loss?
I get asked a version of this question all the time. “How can I get rid of ________?” as they point or pinch a part of their body. “What is the best diet for removing thigh fat, belly fat, etc; What are some good workouts to lose weight?” I have heard that “Blah, blah workout is best.” What are your thoughts?
First a couple of things:

Listen, I hate that training by itself won’t make you lean and sexy. I truly do. I would like nothing more than to be able to workout like a beast and then pound a pizza and a milkshake (with Reese’s Butter Cups!) and have a six pack. Unfortunately we live in a broken and fallen world that doesn’t work like that. I imagine most of you can relate to what I am saying by experience.
