So I quick tip about sugar…follow up from Monday’s post.

As I say, I help people fall in love with training…I make the training part enjoyable, hard yes, but the experience is fun. : )

I do this by making people laugh, helping them lose unwanted body fat, increase their energy levels, improve their body composition, feel stronger, and become more comfortable in their own skin.
One way to lose unwanted body fat, increase your energy levels, and improve your overall body composition is to start to control your sugar cravings.

Ever get sugar cravings? If you said, “No” then you must have been born an adult or on another planet where sugar was a poison to your species. Any way the healthier you eat on a regular basis, the less and less you will crave sugar (hard to believe but true). But that’s not helpful if you’re in the moment and all you want is a hot fudge sundae, right?!

Here are three quick tips!
1. Drink some water.
2. Take a “breathing break,” sit down for two minutes and focus on nothing but your breathing and listening to your body (sounds stupid/weird, but it works! As Yoga peeps can testify too).
3. Brush your teeth!

Try each of these three strategies next time you get a craving and you should be able to keep them at bay!

Going to get my building permit today! Hopefully in two months the doors open!
