What Are The Best Workouts For Fat-loss?

I get asked a version of this question all the time. “How can I get rid of ________?” as they point or pinch a part of their body. “What is the best diet for removing thigh fat, belly fat, etc; What are some good workouts to lose weight?” I have heard that “Blah, blah workout is best.” What are your thoughts?

First a couple of things:

  1. I love helping busy people remove the jiggle from their middle.
  2. This means I love answering these kind of questions and having these kinds of discussions
  3. The main problem isn’t your workout : ( … sorry

Listen, I hate that training by itself won’t make you lean and sexy. I truly do. I would like nothing more than to be able to workout like a beast and then pound a pizza and a milkshake (with Reese’s Butter Cups!) and have a six pack. Unfortunately we live in a broken and fallen world that doesn’t work like that. I imagine most of you can relate to what I am saying by experience.

  • Food Journalling and Review
  • Meal Planning
  • Shopping for Food on the Plan
  • Preparing the Food
  • Cooking the Food
  • Portioning the Food

Boom! There you have it! I know, it sucks…but it is still the truth. To be honest this is one of the reasons most of my clients stick around for so long (Years) is because I keep them accountable to this simple process. I let them and the world know, if they aren’t willing to do the above I can’t guarantee their results. BUT, if they are, I proudly guarantee their results.
