This is part 4 of 5 on goal setting.  As of today you should be setting daily Specific Intentions, you should have found your Why, yesterday you created your 12 Week Result Goal…with a DEADLINE. Today I will show you how to create 3 Progress Goals : )!  Remember, keep following along and filling out this little tasks and you will have a personalized plan to get fit and feel fabulous. All you will need to do is execute.

What Are Your 3 Progress Goals?

IN what ways do you need to progress and advance your abilities or metrics to reach your 12 Week Result goal? Think, “What three big habits do I need to change or develop to reach my 12 Week Result Goal?”

Kim’s Example – 12 Week Result Goal: Lose 20 pounds

      1. Progress Goal Example: I will start eating breakfast
      2. Progress Goal Example: I will start working out
      3. Progress Goal Example: I will plan my meals ahead of time

John’s Example – 12 Week Result Goal: Gain 5 pounds of muscle

      1. Progress Goal Example: I will increase how much protein I consume
      2. Progress Goal Example: I will workout 4 times a week
      3. Progress Goal Example: I won’t skip meals

Suzy Example – 12 Week Result Goal: Be More Energetic (Warning: Subjective so hard to measure)

      1. Progress Goal Example: I will increase my vegetable consumption
      2. Progress Goal Example: I will practice gratitude
      3. Progress Goal Example: I will start working out

  2. What is your 12 Week Result Goal? From Step 2
  3. Create 3 Progress Goals that will help you get closer to your 12 Week Result Goal. Once again, I want you to think, “What three big habits do I need to change or develop to reach my 12 Week Result Goal?”
