8 Week Strength Program Equals Huge Progress For 10 Wrestlers!
I wanted to give a huge shout out to all my wrestlers who completed the first 8 week Strength and Conditioning Cycle. There were some huge improvements and gains! We worked the basics and kept things simple. The Triad Falcon Wrestling Club has given you all a huge extra benefit that most programs simply don’t have…I focused, consistent, Strength and Conditioning Program. As a result you all have gotten better! I could go on and on, but the numbers speak for themselves see below. Looking forward to more gains in Session 2!
