This is a 200 Rep Workout
Before you begin I suggest you warm-up for about 5- 10 minutes. You can just go through the movements below with light weight for 5 minutes. Then once warm do the following…
2x through, taking breaks as needed:
25 Kettlebell / Dumbbell Swings
25 Burpees
25 1-Arm Squat & Press (half with left arm, half with right)
25 Plank Step-Outs (in a plank position, step the left leg out, step the right leg out, step the left leg in, step the right leg in).
